Principles of Mind Power

Let’s start with basic biology…

1st, there is the brain

The brain is responsible for coordinating different functions of the body including movements and feelings.

Then we have THE MIND.

The Mind refers to your understanding and thought process, including your conscience.

The mind works on energy which is generated through thinking, feeling and choosing.

The mind works through the brain, but is separate altogether.

Your brain merely responds to the way you control your mind, and this is where it gets interesting, you can choose how to program your mind. Amazing!.

In this workshop, we will discover ways in which to change the way your life progresses with simple techniques on controlling your mind. This is what we call Mind Power!

Brain:

  • Physical organ: The brain is a tangible, material structure located in the skull. It consists of billions of neurons and other cells, organized into complex networks.
  • Function: The brain plays a crucial role in various functions, including receiving and processing sensory information, controlling movement, generating emotions, and regulating hormones.
  • Observable and measurable: Its structure and activity can be studied using medical imaging and other techniques.

Mind:

  • Abstract concept: The mind refers to the intangible realm of thought, consciousness, emotions, and subjective experiences. It doesn’t have a physical location.
  • Function: The mind is responsible for our ability to think, feel, reason, remember, and experience the world around us.
  • Not directly observable: We can only infer its existence and nature through introspection and the study of brain activity.

The Key Difference:

The main distinction lies in their materiality. The brain is physical, while the mind is not. Some believe the mind arises from the complex interactions within the brain, while others think they might be separate entities.

The energy web:

Everything in the universe consists of laws, we are part of this universe.

Everything we think, say and feel is connected to an energy web, and this is how we have the ability to choose the events in our lives. By controlling our thoughts, words and actions!

Our brains are built to take instructions from us. If we believe we are good at reading, we will develop the ability to read fluently and articulate clearly.

If we believe we are not good at driving, we will be a nervous wreck behind the wheel and that can lead to a dangerous disaster.

Your Beliefs are what feed your Mind Power, and you can use Mind Power to change your beliefs.

Yes, every skill takes practice, like reading and driving. However, if you use the techniques of Mind Power, you can accelerate the process and become amazing at anything you choose by using the power of your thoughts and choice of words, the energy web will respond.

This refers to the law of cause and effect.

As you would follow a set of rules to learn the skill of driving, so would you need to learn the techniques to unlock Mind Power. At this moment, clear your thoughts and get ready to transform.

The Law of Cause and Effect, also known as the principle of causality, states that every event (effect) has a preceding cause. It implies that nothing happens by chance, and that any action or event will have consequences. This fundamental principle underlies various fields, including science, philosophy, and even our understanding of the universe.

Here’s a breakdown of the key aspects of the Law of Cause and Effect:

Basic Explanation:

  • Cause: This is the initiating event, action, or decision that sets things in motion.
  • Effect: This is the consequence or outcome that results from the cause.
  • Connection: The cause and effect are linked by a chain of events or processes
